Do I need to install anything?
No. TikTalk runs in a current browser and speaks with the browser’s own voices.
Is my password safe?
Yes. Your TikTalk password is stored only as a secure hash, so nobody can read it back, including us. TikTok never sees it. Connecting TikTok is separate: you approve it on TikTok’s own page, and TikTalk never sees your TikTok password.
How long does my TikTok connection last?
Up to 30 days. TikTalk renews TikTok’s access every hour while you stay connected. After 30 days, or sooner if you or TikTok end it, you connect TikTok again. Your TikTalk sign-in is separate and carries on.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial for your first subscription. Cancel in the trial and you pay nothing. See the plans and prices.
What can I do about trouble in chat?
From a viewer’s row on your LIVE page: mute them for 5 minutes up to the rest of the LIVE, block them, or make them a moderator. TikTok has to send who the viewer is for an action to work. While connected you can also keep your TikTok sensitive words, so TikTok itself hides those comments, and turn LIVE comments on or off.

Where do sound-alert sounds come from?
Search Myinstants from the Sound alerts page and pick one, or upload your own: mp3, wav or ogg files up to 1 MB each, up to 30 of them. Myinstants sounds play from their site; uploaded sounds are stored with your account. Either way your alerts follow you across devices and play in OBS too.
Why did a sound alert not play?
Browsers keep a page silent until you have pressed something on it. Pressing Connect or a Test button lets sound play, and TikTalk tells you when a sound is being blocked. A sound that fails is announced once, and the warning clears when it plays again.
Can I connect more than one LIVE?
No. One TikTalk account connects to one LIVE at a time.
What figures can TikTalk show?
Figures from your LIVEs over the last seven days: totals, each LIVE’s details, what you earned, and regional rankings, when TikTok and EulerStream supply them. A figure that isn’t supplied says unavailable; it is never shown as zero.

What happens if the connection drops?
TikTalk reconnects and carries on from where it was. It remembers what it has already read, so nothing is read twice, and the Log marks where the connection dropped and came back.
